All items are made to order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong item selected, or change of mind.

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund—no return required. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

 

Lost shipments: Report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll reprint and reship at no cost.

 

Brazil: Orders shipped to Brazil can be canceled within 7 days of delivery under the “right to regret” policy—contact us to request a cancellation.
