Subject of the agreement

SERBEYSHOP LLC accepts and declares that it knows and understands its obligations and responsibilities arising from the Regulation on Distance Agreement. SerbeyShop brand is arranged in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Agreement.

The subject of this Agreement; SERBEYSHOP LLC creates rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Law and Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products from the website named serbeyshop.com.

By confirming electronically, you confirm that you have obtained the basic features, prices, payment and delivery of the product(s) you have ordered correctly and you agree to SerbeyShop's return policy and disclaimer.

Declarations of the seller

We are responsible for ensuring that the product(s) covered by the contract are delivered in accordance with consumer legislation, free from defects, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

Return Policy

If there’s a problem with an order—like a manufacturing error or a damaged item—we’ll offer a free reprint or a refund. You don’t need to return the product. We take full responsibility for these cases; you just need to submit a problem report. Apart from this, there is no right of withdrawal. We do not provide returns or exchanges for any reason. As we are a Print-On-Demand business, we cannot issue a refund for returned products, as it's made as one-of-one for that particular order. We can not resell a returned product.

Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to all countries outside the US. No customs duties are applied to orders shipped within the US. SerbeyShop is responsible for sales tax on orders within the US. SerbeyShop has fulfillment facilities in Canada, Australia, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Latvia and the UK. So no customs duties are applied to orders shipped within these countries. We ship worldwide. Some countries may apply customs duties on orders worldwide, so please be aware of these taxes when placing your order. Customs duties are your responsibility. We do not issue refunds for products returned due to customs duties.
